guide, and access to professional timeline creation tools to keep everything on track. You'll also enjoy two
one-hour planning calls and unlimited text support up until three months before your wedding day."
Starting three months before your wedding day, you will have unlimited access to me. This will begin with
a comprehensive meeting where you can hand over every detail of your design, vendor and rental
contracts, layouts, and overall vision. From there, I’ll be by your side and create a seamless timeline from
the ceremony until the event ends. I will contact your vendors in advance and conduct the ceremony
rehearsal.
On the big day, I’ll handle the setup of your decorations. I will be there for 8 hours, ensuring every
aspect is flawlessly managed.
This package is ideal for the DIY Bride, "You’ve poured your heart into planning—now let us bring your
vision to life. Our most budget-friendly package is designed for those with everything planned and needs
expert coordination to ensure every detail runs seamlessly.

Starting at 1,200.00 for weekday and off-season weddings.
$1,600.00 for Weekend Weddings under 75 guests
Additional costs are applied for vendors (without full service), more hours than the contracted amount
required, travel, a guest count of over 75, a $400.00 Additional assistant required, Private Estate /
Residence, and Additional staff and venue walkthroughs.

Q- When should I start this service?
Ans- We recommend reaching out and booking right in advance to secure your date and receive the planning
tools so you can hit the road running. However, we can book 2-3 months before your wedding if the date
is available. This will allow us enough time to finalize details, connect with vendors, and prepare for a
seamless wedding day.
Q- Will you help with setting up our decorations?
Ans- Yes! I’ll set up your decorations on the wedding day to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
Q- How long will you be on-site on the wedding day?
Ans- I’ll be present for up to 9 hours to oversee all details, from setup to the end of the reception, ensuring a
flawless flow for your event.
Q- Do you help with the Rental list?
Ans- Absolutely! I will review your rental list in advance to confirm everything is included

Ans- YES! I love creating, crafting, and sourcing your products. See my creations Package, from your
