Our journey begins as soon as you book, starting with a detailed consultation, a comprehensive welcome guide, a checklist, and access to professional timeline creation tools to keep everything on track. You'll also enjoy unlimited text support and two one-hour planning calls until three months before your wedding day.

 

Starting three months before your wedding day, you will have unlimited access to me. This will begin with a comprehensive meeting where you can hand over every detail of your design, vendor and rental contracts, layouts, and overall vision. From there, I’ll be by your side and create a seamless timeline from the ceremony until the event ends. I will contact your vendors in advance and conduct the ceremony rehearsal.

On the big day, I’ll handle the setup of your decorations. I will be there for 10 hours, ensuring every aspect is flawlessly managed.

    Pricing is per item, so you can choose exactly what you need based on your budget and preferences. We’ll provide you with detailed pricing for each piece you select.
  • Can I order customized wedding favors and memorial items through this package?
    Yes, this package includes the design and sourcing of personalized wedding favors and memorial items, ensuring that each element is thoughtfully created to suit your style and budget.
  • Will you assist with party items for the bachelorette or bachelor party?
    We can definitely help with custom items for your bachelorette or bachelor party, with T-shirts, Hats, and Jewelry making those celebrations as unique and memorable as your wedding day.
  • How long before the wedding should I book this service?
    We recommend booking as early as possible, preferably 6 months to allow ample time for designing, sourcing, and customizing your items. This will help ensure everything is ready well before your big day.
  • Can you help coordinate the delivery and setup of these items?
    Yes, we can assist with delivering and setting up the items you’ve ordered or rented through this package.
  • What if I have specific ideas for custom items not listed in this package?
